on my way to legendary.

So I’ve Started to Train Again

I haven’t been active in regards to my physical health as of late. The Swedish winter was really taking it’s toll on me. With almost no sunlight exposure, I didn’t have the effort to do much the entire winter, and I quit keeping physically fit all together.

It’s not that I’ve grown fat, quite the opposite actually. I’ve more or less lost all muscle mass and now look like a zombie. But yesterday the weather was so good. Well, not only the weather but the entire day was great. On my way to school, the first song I tuned up of my Meizu Mini Player was Wham! - Wake Me Up Before You Go Go, a great way to start the day!

Arriving at school, I had actually brought with me a pen and did not need to borrow one, as was the case for the last 2-3 months. Great! After an hour of Journalism, I was told that I would be excused from future classes with grade MVG (equivalent to A) whereas many others still have 1-2 months left. Great, no more early mornings! Next we had Philosophy, and I got back a test I did, MVG too. Great! You see how much positive can derive from something simple - such as remembering to bring a pen?

Anyway, when I got home I was in such a good mood that I decided to start training again. So I spent 10 minutes on the treadmill for starters and then proceeded to do some chest and triceps exercises. And with summer coming up soon, it feels real good to be back on track again. :)

Good for you that you’re getting back into training. I didn’t do anything for 2 years and got myself a membership for the gym last December. It makes you feel so much better doesn’t it?

Yeah, precisely. I don’t know if it’s placebo effect, but it really improves my mood, concentration and effectivity.

yeah it’s very important to stay active and healthy.. not to mention to keep a tight body.. but exercise will ultimately relieve stress and make you feel better!
